MELISSA DAVIS
Certified Nurse Practitioner - Owner
Melissa has been providing high quality healthcare in the tri-state area since 2000. She is a proud board member of the Plankinton Volunteer Ambulance Association, as well as the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has served the Plankinton community since 2009, residing there with her husband Cordell, and children Carter, Abby, and Kenzie. DOT Certification, endometrial biopsies and IUD insertions are some of the extra services Melissa is excited to offer.
JENNALEE OLSEN
Certified Nurse Practitioner - Owner
Jennalee has been practicing in the medical field since 2011 and is trained in providing injections for chronic joint pain and migraines, as well as colposcopies to evaluate cervical abnormalities that could indicate potential cancers. Jennalee lives outside of Plankinton with her husband, Beau, and her 3 children, Hanley, Aurora, and Brody. She is always hungry to learn new procedures to offer to our patients and better our practice and community!
APRIL SPINAR
Registered Nurse - Owner
April heads up the nursing care with over 10 years of experience, with extra training in obtaining x-rays, laboratory, and therapeutic IV infusions. She loves being able to perform a wide variety of nursing tasks and expand her knowledge/experience every day! A native to Plankinton, she and her husband, Colin, were so excited to get to raise their children, Makena, Pierce and Greyson, in the great community that raised them!
FARRAH MAHRT
Front Desk
In 2000, Lonnie and Farrah established their home in Plankinton. Both have served in the U.S. Armed Forces and are members of the American Legion. They have raised 3 daughters, Morgen, Edana and Nyomi.
In their spare time, they enjoy camping and motorcycle riding. Most recently, they're navigating through new life chapters of "empty nest" and are enjoying their new titles of grandparents!
Throughout most of her life, she's been in service of helping others. With a diverse set of skills, she is capable of supporting and executing many roles. She brings several years of administrative experience, Certified Nurse Aide and certified in pulse electromagnetic field cellular exercise.
DIANA SPINAR
Front Desk - Interpreter
Diana is the team's "jack of all trades"! She provides front desk coverage, as well is fluent in Spanish to assist all members of the community, no matter their language needs! Diana is also a certified AEMT, allowing her to help those in need through the Plankinton Volunteer Ambulance Association. Diana and her husband Tom have been lifetime members of the Plankinton Community. They enjoyed raising their children here, and now their grandchildren!
WENDY BARSE
Licensed Practical Nurse
Wendy joins our nursing staff with an amazing mixed background including a degree in education, previous service with the Army and Air National Guard, and most recently her degree as a licensed practical nurse! She was born and raised in Corsica, SD and moved back to the area with her husband, Farlin, to watch their two children, Jaden and Raven grow and thrive in a smaller community. She is always striving to learn, grow, and do what she can to be at the service of others!
STEPHANIE SYHRE
Registered Nurse
Stephanie joins our family with 3 years of ICU experience and a passion to provide high quality care to those who need it most! Stephanie is another Plankinton native and is so excited to be back in the Hometown that she loves with her husband Gabe. She is excited to give back to the community and help guide the next generation of future track stars!
SAMANTHA TART
Front Desk
Samantha joins our family all the way from Michigan! She and her husband Cory moved to Plankinton to run the Grand Ciel Lodge including guided hunts and training hunting dogs. They enjoy raising their two children, Harper and Wrigley, in such a small and caring community!
